Waters Edge is a locally owned lake service company based in Fairmont, Minnesota, specializing in dock and lift services, lakeshore step construction, shoreline improvement, and seasonal lake support. We help lake homeowners safely access, maintain, and enjoy their shoreline year-round with reliable, full-service solutions built for Minnesota lake conditions.

2020
Where it all started.
Waters Edge began when Garrett Myren started building lake steps while attending college. What began as small shoreline projects quickly grew as homeowners requested additional lakeshore improvements.
2023
Expanding services.
Waters Edge officially became an LLC and expanded into dock installation and removal. After the retirement of A & J Docks & Lifts, lift services were added along with PortaDock and ShoreStation offerings.
Today
Serving Fairmont lakes and surrounding areas.
With growing demand and strong community support, Waters Edge continues to expand. Today, the business provides full-service lakeshore solutions designed to make lake access easier and more reliable.
